About this villa rental
Located in the charming village of Samois sur Seine, our beautiful and comfortable villa and its large garden welcome you for unforgettable moments with family or friends! Seine, Forest, shops... everything is within walking distance of Villa Bellecloche! The house can accommodate 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds. It is possible to bring the single beds together in 2 other bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has bunk beds. One of the bedrooms is on the first floor with an en-suite bathroom (Italian shower), easily accessible for people with reduced mobility. The last bedroom is accessible only through one of the double bedrooms.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
The kitchen is very well equipped: oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge-freezer, bean coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set, waffle set.
In the 2000m2 garden, you can play table tennis, badminton, molkky.

- Access to the village centre: 3 min walk
- Access to the Château de Fontainebleau: 10 minutes by car

Very nice house all to ourselves (3 generation family of 7). Surprising how many shops within walking distance (bakery, grocery, pharmacy, restaurants). Although we stayed in late May when weather is typically cool, there was a heat wave with average temps 25 degrees F above average. This house is not equipped to handle such temperatures. There was no air conditioning and the tiny fans provided did little to make sleep comfortable. Two or three larger fans would have made a huge difference. Also, keeping windows and shutters closed helps, but who wants to be in a dark house all day?

The house and garden are both fantastic. The town is peaceful and has nice cafes and a great boulangery. The host was friendly and helpful.
