About this apartment rental
In a secure residence with access to the swimming pool and caretaker, you will stay in a beautiful bright single-storey apartment facing west with entrance, living room opening onto a spacious enclosed garden where you can pleasantly take your meals, equipped and equipped kitchenette, two bedrooms with cupboards (double bed with memory foam in 140*200 and 3 single beds in 90*200 including two bunk beds), shower room and separate toilet. A baby cot is also available.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the port and the footbridge leading directly to Cabourg beach and the sailing school, a two-minute walk from Dives-Port Guillaume train station and 900 metres from the shops and the historic city of Dives-sur-Mer with a large traditional market on Saturday mornings.
The accommodation includes a microwave, a traditional oven, ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and Ambilight TV.
Access to the swimming pool (unheated) is open from 15 May to 30 September from 10 am to 8 pm.
A supermarket can be found 1/4 hour walk along the promenade of Dives.
Numerous public and free parking spaces in front of the building (numbered spaces not available); free parking lots at the port and the train station 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
