About this house rental

Normandy style house of 50 m2 facing south west with enclosed garden / P near the port. A very bright living room with 2 French doors leading to the terrace and a window of 25 m2 with open kitchen including induction hob 4 burners, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a breakfast service. An airlock leads to the toilet. On the floor, a landing which leads to a room with balcony (bed 140x200), a room of water with 2nd TOILET and another room with 2 twin beds and 1 baby bed. A garden shed contains table and chairs, electric barbecue and accessories.

Directions provided were easy to follow to find property. Parking was good which was an essential for us. Daniel greeting us managed to communicate the essentials with my school french to get the gist. The property had most things required for our stay. Minor cleaning issues e.g empty containers and spillages in cupboard but that was only cleaning issue. The shower is fixed postion so couldnt adjust but the water flow and the temperature were excellent. It would be good to have the printed instructions that were in the house available in language of guests, used google translate for parts beyond school french. Clearer instructions required for the pool as we were unable to find it. Instructions were left and left again which just took us to other properties. I accept that we could have contacted owner for more detailed instructions. No english channels but that is in the information, would be good to at least have news channel available. WiFi was available so able to catch up online. Easy walking distance to couple restaurants and takeouts on the port. Slightly further bit still wallking distance to main town. A pleasant and enoyable stay.

Le logement est idéalement situé, près du port, très silencieux. Parfaitement équipé, très propre et très agréable à vivre. Belle balade à pied et proche de la mer. Donne très envie d'y revenir.

Maisonnette très lumineuse, propre et literie top pour le lit double. Accueil sympa par Daniel. Cabourg et Dives accessibles à pieds en 20 min, mais pour un séjour plus long, mieux vaut avoir un véhicule pour les courses. On reviendra.

Sehr schöne, durchdachte, helle, stilvolle und top neu ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Unten grosser Wohnbereich mit Küche, die alles hat. Oben 2 - durch das Badezimmer getrennt - zwei schöne Schlafzimmer. Kein Entsorgungsplatz für altes Geschirr und Haushaltsgegenstände wie man es oft woanders erlebt, alles in weiss und blau stimmig maritim eingerichtet. Absolut ruhig gelegen, man hört vor allem die Vögel (zu Pfingsten, im Sommer ist sicher mehr los). Neben dem Segelhafen gelegen, wo es einige Restaurants und eine Bäckerei hat. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die Brücke über den Fluss, die einen zum breiten sandigen Strand führt. Gute und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin. Sehr zu empfehlen!

La maison dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires. Elle est très bien située, au calme, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires aux alentours (restaurants et dépôt de pain à 5mn de la maison). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour!

Maison très bien situé .Plage de Cabourg à 5 mn à pied.Houlgate à 10mn. petit jardin très bien exposé ,accès voiture dans jardin. Maison bien équipée .Le plus maintenant un wc à l'étage. Literie confortable. nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
