This 40-square-meter apartment (located on the 2nd floor with an elevator in the “Le Tourisme” residence in Port Guillaume) will delight you with its tasteful decor, high-quality amenities, balcony with a sea view, and its location near the harbor and the beach.
The residence, located in the heart of the Dives-sur-Mer marina, features two heated pools: one outdoor pool with a sun deck and lounge chairs, open from June through September, and an indoor pool accessible year-round.

Access to Cabourg Beach, located 300m away, is via a footbridge. 18-hole golf course in Cabourg, thalassotherapy, horseback riding, and water sports. A walking path leads to Houlgate Beach.
First floor: Entryway – Restroom – Living room with kitchenette – Sofa bed (sleeps 1) – One bedroom (double bed) with storage and en suite bathroom.
Upstairs: Mezzanine bedroom (double bed) with storage - Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Tolle Lage, süsse geschmackvolle Einrichtung, toller Blick, ruhig.
Etwas klein für vier Personen.
Wichtige Informationen fehlten vor der Reise: keine Handtücher und Bettwäsche, check in unbedingt zwischen 12.00 und 14.00 Uhr notwendig - ist bei langer Anreise eine Herausforderung, Kaution in bar zu hinterlegen. Endreinigung separat berechnet
