Nice decoration, short walk to the beach but beware noise from the cafe below and the road.
Nicely decorated flat on the inside. 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The flat is above a Tabac (cafe) and launderette (and on a busy road junction) which isn't mentioned in the listing, the owner only told us when we had paid in full. Although the businesses are open 8am to 8pm there was noise from 6am until after midnight from the cafe and from road traffic day and night. Despite being across the road from the Port Guillaume development, the immediate area of the flat looks run down.

Un séjour très agréable
L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à pied dans le centre de la ville, ainsi que dans Cabourg via la passerelle côté port et Houlgate. Le logement est vraiment très bien équipé et agréable.

Parfait.
Le logement était en tout point conforme à la description et au photos. Confortable, cosy, et très propre. Nous y avons séjourné peu de temps mais il est parfaitement équipé pour des durées plus importantes(lave vaisselle, lave linge,télévison,wifi...etc)
