Excellent location within a short walking distance of the main shopping street area in Cabourg. The property is well equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is also scope for eating outdoors in an enclosed patio area. Inside there is spacious open plan kitchen/dinner and living room. The bathroom is fitted with a lovely rainfall shower! Nearby, across the river and just into Dive-Sur-Mer, you can also find Lidl and Aldi. Perfect if you are on a budget.
The shower had a maintenance problem! This was reported and an unrelated problem with the kitchen smoke detector (very much needed replacing).

Les équipements étaient bien.
Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié l'environnement immédiat : effet oppressant de l'étroit chemin qui mène à la maison en longeant une clôture très imposante.
