We enjoyed our stay at this vintage-style home, which was clean and mostly well-kept. The host was responsive and helpful throughout our visit, and we appreciated the effort to maintain the historical character of the property. However, there were a few things that impacted our overall comfort.The home is cooled by a swamp cooler, which struggled to keep up with the high humidity during our stay—it remained warm indoors the entire time. Additionally, while the charm of the older doors was noted, none closed properly, which was inconvenient.The kitchen was also under-equipped for a property advertised to accommodate around 6-8 people. It had only the bare basics.Overall, it’s a clean and charming place with potential, but a few upgrades to comfort and kitchen supplies would go a long way in improving the guest experience.

Property was very clean and well appointed. And in Las Cruces, nothing is too far from the university campus. It is an old home so be aware that it’s not new construction. But the charm of the house, the attentiveness of the owner and the close to Downtown location make up for any shortcomings.

Relaxing, quiet, perfect yard for our dogs! The location was convenient to all the attractions of Las Cruces & the host was super easy to communicate with. Thanks for a great place to stay during our visit!
