* Beautiful new (6/21) home in desirable & safe part of Las Cruces.It has 3.5 full baths and 4 bedrooms, including 2 master suites, with comfortable memory foam beds, including 2 kings, a queens, and 2 twin bunk beds. Includes grill area, outdoor furniture, and brand new furniture and appliances.
* Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! 2 dogs max no cats please
* Fully sanitized between guests, wiping down all commonly touched surfaces in addition to a thorough cleaning. Please reach out with any questions on this.

* This is a new (7/21) property with new furnishings. We want our guests to enjoy the space. We also want our neighbors to be happy with our property being used as a short-term rental. This property is NOT a party house and guests/you are required to be respectful of neighbors and keep the noise level down, especially between the hours of 9pm-8am. We look forward to hosting you!

$35 for failure to take garbage cans to the curb on garbage day
$25 for failure to turn off the grill, propane tank, or gas stove knobs
PET POLICY
Our property is pet-friendly, and house-trained dogs are welcome to stay with prior approval! We charge an additional $45/ pet fee, which will be added to your total cost. If you have more than 1 pet coming along it will be charged to your Airbnb account upon check in via the resolutions center within the booking platform. Please let us know if you plan to bring a pet before arrival.

Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. My family stayed here for my daughter's wedding. We enjoyed the ability to sit at the table, sit outside, and congregate in the living room while we enjoyed home cooked meals as well as take out from the local eateries. The home is clean. The host is communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet on the weekend as well as at night. The road behind the house is busy, however, during the weekday due to local schools and new home construction about one mile away. Even so, I plan on staying here again in the future.

The house is beautiful. The location is great! The beds were all very comfortable. The only complaint was that the house was not very clean. Most of the walls were dirty, there was hair everywhere but the host was very nice and replied fast when I had questions or concerns. It was a nice stay overall.

The house has 2 master suites and worked out great for our families. We were very comfortable, plenty of room. It’s in a great location too.
