Location! Location! Location! The perfect home to enjoy peace and comfort within an exclusive gated community. The property is part of a very prominent neighborhood, located in Sonoma Ranch. The home is located between two top level golf courses. Everything in the home is brand-new: appliances, comfortable mattresses, smart televisions, dishes, towels, grill, and furniture were all specifically chosen for this home. In addition, the amenities this property offers are awesome! Sand volleyball, pool access, and exercise equipment are all found at the community pool house. This property is absolutely amazing- the beds are comfortable, fully stocked, well decorated and very functional!! The community pool is convenient but the host is horrible at communicating!! I had to calll VRBO to get him to send me my check in information. Normally I get check in information 48 hours in advance, it was down to 20 hours before check in and I still didn’t have an address. The pool fob did not work and all he kept saying was “it’s hanging by the door” thank God people at the pool were understanding enough to let us in!! According to the woman at the pool they have changed the fob to a circular puck!! No check out instructions, asked the host and he ignored so I just left everything as clean and organized as possible!! Had the host been better this would be the perftplace to stay!!

This is the second time we stay at this rental. Will keep coming back for sure. The home is clean, it has everything you would need and the host is very accommodating. Nice safe neighborhood with quiet neighbors. 5 stars!

Our stay at Tranquil Living in the City was 5 star! Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen stocked with anything and everything and we really enjoyed the patio area and grill! Our host took care of all of our needs and made us feel welcome. This gated community is not only beautiful but feels very safe! Can’t wait to go back when the pool is open.
