The house was fine but more lamps (not just the ceiling lighting) in the living room and end tables so you can put a drink or book down w/o using the floor. The backyard was described as a backyard oasis but had no tables or chairs and that side of the house was on a fairly busy street. We were away from the house most of the time but fair amount of traffic noise at night. Nice view of the mountains. Secure yard for the dog.

Host was fine. Fridge/freezer did not work. Could use some patio furniture, a broom, and the road noise in master is very loud. But great views and loved having tvs in every room.
