Exceeded expectations.

Everything very easy to find. Good kitchen and stock. Loaf of vogels and butter etc. Clean. Very quiet at night which was beautiful.

Highly recommend staying here, great hosts, and wonderful little apartment

Prior to arrivial the host was very prompt with messaging and accomodating. Chris was very friendly, he met us on arrival and showed us around. They had kindly left bread, milk and butter for us. The apartment was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfy and the shower was the best! Getting into town and out again was easy with an Uber. Thank you so much Chris and Lesley for a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend

Cosy and pleasant

A clean inviting home away from home. We were given a fresh loaf of bread and milk. There was butter in the fridge and extras as well. I needed a heater for my room which was provided when I asked. The hosts are very friendly, kind and accommodating. Stunning outlook. We will stay again.

The tv wifi dropped off often. Which made watching tv difficult.

Excellent host and location, great as a base of operations

Good spot close to waitomo and hobbiton. Chris was excellent and a fantastic host and made us feel very welcome.

Its a bit chilly in winter times which i think is fine with heated blankets and air pump, but with a baby it might have been a bit too cold but thats on us, we should have asked for a panel heater.

Friendly and helpful hosts, being able to enjoy the pool, spacious unit, very clean, great shower pressure and comfy beds. Air conditioning and heating available if needed it.

Relaxing Native Retreat!

We can not fault the property! Clean, warm, comfortable beds, the pool was amazing, the best water pressure in the shower, friendly hosts. The loaf of vogels, milk, butter and condiments were a lovely touch. The back deck was amongst native bush which had an array of birds to listen to day and night. We would absolutely book here again.

Roomy and comfortable. Meet by the host. Notified before arrival about a local event which offered an option for dinner. The balcony offered a beautiful cooling breeze.

Generous hosts, the drive to and from hamilton is beautiful and the house was really well set up.

The hosts were very kind and welcoming and the rooms were super clean. There was everything we needed there and the little balcony was beautiful.

We could hear the road noise as it was closer to a highway than i thought
