The room is comfortable and the rooms' size is good.
Public area is comfortable and functional too.
Host prepares very complete supplies including soap, dish soap, utensils, coffee, snacks first aid and even batteries.
The location is good as well as the price. the neighborhood is nice and quiet and the view to the back of the property is a green valley that is quiet a view.
Host reply to message very quick and helpful.
The guest room with two single beds has only bedspreads. But tune up the AC helps, so it is not unbearable.

The location was great in terms of quiet neighborhood and very nice spacious well kept beautiful home. I loved the themed bedrooms. Our bed was quite comfy.
There was an issue with the ceiling fan in the 'Kentucky' bedroom in that it rocked back n forth during the cooling process and therefore we could not use it for our own safety. Because of that, the room was more stuffy than we are accustomed. In addition, the shower curtain was of really cheap quality and was rolled on both ends. Please make an investment in the smaller items if you're going to utilize a single curtain/liner for the shower. Having a magnetic weighted curtain would have been awesome!

The property was in beautiful quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate. You had a little bit of everything for each one of our guests. The host was amazing. Quick to respond and they had the house ready with everything we would need. Much better than a hotel.

The location is awesome. First time renting Air B&B, we will be renting in the future instead of Hotels if possible.
We weren't able to stay longer.
