host is awesome, friendly and very responsive. i would stay in this place again
the cell coverage for Maxis is rather bad but this is not the host fault. The wifi internet also slow which i think due to the same reason as it uses cell coverage as well

- The WiFi was not so good (the home owner has taken note and will try to work on this)
- The lifts are super slow. Waiting time is pretty crazy. Nothing that the home owner can do of course.

The rooms smell of cigarettes.
It takes a long time for the elevators as there are insufficient elevators for the number of guests in the New Suites.
