We stayed almost a month and this apartment became our 2nd home away from home country. The things we like. 1- The location was good, the main tourist area (building with a lot of tourists). Downstairs you will find a mini grocery store with almost everything available for daily use (just add RM1 to everything you buy from big grocery stores) 2- Staff is very good, always available to help you and reply quickly on whatsapp. We requested a few things which they fulfilled. 3- The view is wonderful but the Haze made sure that we don't get the view (A lot of haze in September and October) 4- The bed was comfortable and clean, also a complementary cleaning is available every 4 days.

Few things which would have been better. 1- There is no dressing table available, so if you are coming with a female then it will be tough for her to do makeup. (owner should think about it). We requested for a mirror which they did provide but it did not help since there is no place to hang that mirror. 2- Since there is no Balcony, it would have been better if the windows were openable. You can only open it about 10%. It was for safety purposes as told by the owner. 3- The main issue of the building is the lift. This building has more than 40 floors and the lifts available are not enough for the number of tourists. And I think there are no stairs as I have seen people living on the 1st and 2nd floor using the lift (though there is no issue using the lift but I am sure no one would like to wait for the lift for 20 minutes if you can walk downstairs in 2 minutes)

The room was clean, beautiful view through the window, the place is convenient to the City is just an amazing locations, people are friendly. Love it.

Waiting time for elevator take long time, and it will too crowded with people, I hope my next stay improvements will be done. The freezer was too small.

ローカル感があって海外にきたって感じなのが良い。またコンドミニアムの下に２４時間やっているインド料理やコンビニエンスストアなどありとても便利だった。とにかくコスパ重視の人におすすめします。

価格が安いので文句は言えませんが、毎日ゴキブリがきました。ほとんどが小さいゴキブリですが、たまに中くらいサイズも現れます。それさえなければ問題ない良い宿泊施設だと思います。
