Smelly bathroom

The house was clean and kids enjoyed the bunk bed..

The check-in and parking was very tedious and messy..no sofa area(but I think it was my fault for not noticing during booking) but overall we had a good time as a family..

The only thing I appreciated about this booking was that the location was only 20mins by car to KLCC. And that the property had nearby convenience stores and eatery just downstairs.

1. The drainage in the bathroom (smelly for the entire stay) I’m assuming the buildings drainage system needs to have a look at since the whole stay we noticed the bathroom would smell really bad. We had to clean the and scrub the bathroom and toilet bowl only to realise the smell wasn’t from the bathroom it was from the drainage system. 2. The property main door had an issue prior to our arrival, obviously looked like it had some work done and gave issues when we tried to get it to lock. The issue worsened during the course of our stay. We were however still charged eventhough we alerted the host of this issue. When it wasn’t our fault but the host’s. They could’ve had that door fixed COMPLETELY! 3. Another small inconvenience was that the property did not have cupboards or a closet atleast. ESP for guests booking for a stay duration for week. So I wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to book for a longer stay for 2 weeks or more. This property might be best fitted for guests with a shorter stay and not having the need to unpack their luggage. 4. Lastly, the host always took forever to respond when they were contacted. When contacted during the stay for minor issues about the apartment, we had to wait hrs to even get a response. After charging us for the door, I’m still yet to get a reply to have the issue settled properly.
