I made a reservation through the Booking.com app, but when I tried to check in, I was unable to do so because my booking overlapped with another customer’s reservation. This caused me a great deal of inconvenience. I called countless times and was transferred back and forth to deal with several persons in charge (PICs). In the end, since I couldn’t check in, I requested a refund and honestly felt like I had to beg for it. Fortunately, there was a staff member named Marha who helped me and made the refund process easier. This whole situation was extremely frustrating.
