The room & location is awesome.
Seriously the mgmt needs to see the lift. It took so long to wait for the lift.
This is my 2nd stay with neu suites. Unfortunately on the 2nd day the visitor parking was full. I have to wait 45 min for the parking & luckily the guard was helping me a lot. The capacity of the visitor is too packed but the parking is not enough to cover. They should study, each house they are entitled for 1 parking but they divided the house becomes 2 units for rental. Definitely is exceeded.

The room is nice and big
It was not properly cleaned, there’s still hair in the shower. And I doubt that they changed the bed sheets since I saw a lot of hair fall and the pillow case has smell. The rug was not changes also and it’s very dirty

a nice location in KL that isnt too busy with local shops and cafes right beside it. towels were provided

Only the location and free parking at visitor parking area.
Quite dirty, double decker bed, and network coverage not good. I don't like the property too because the photo in the booking.com website are not same like my unit.
