Not telling that 200 deposit is needed during booking. It should be stated clearly so the renter can be prepared

The check in is smooth and easy.
The deposit is hold for 13 days. Better opt for cash deposit because you can get it back on the spot. The explanation about the refund is confusing. The hairdryer is broken and no actions taken.
