I had a wonderful stay at Heaven Suites. The staff were exceptionally professional, cordial, and always willing to help. Their 24-hour availability provided great peace of mind, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure that every need was promptly addressed.
The suite itself was spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. Having two bathrooms and showers was a tremendous convenience, especially when traveling with family, making our stay much more comfortable and efficient. The location was excellent, providing easy access to KL city center attractions, restaurants, and services, and the views from the suite were simply outstanding, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay.
Overall, Heaven Suites exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay.

L’hébergement était super propre et super grand, c’est un appartement duplex, avec 2 salles de bains et 2 toilettes (1 dans chaque étage). Le personnel est au petit soin. Il y a une piscine magnifique, je n’ai absolument rien à dire. Tout était parfait
Tout était parfait mais si je devais améliorer quelque chose ça serait le petit déjeuner afin qu’il soit varié davantage. Style brunch

Our stay in Heaven suites was short, but very comfortable. Flawless check-in at the reception, no deposit needed, a member of the staff helped to carry our luggage and the director made sure that everything was fine. The staff in this condo is very friendly! The apartment was clean and spacious with new bedsheets and towels (rare in KL lol), very comfortable bed and quiet A/C, two bathrooms. The gym and swimming pool were nice too. The director allowed us a later check-out free of charge which was very nice from his part. Overall great experience, we highly recommend this place!
For those who want to cook food there's no equipment for that, only a microwave, but for us it was not a problem.
