The unit itself is very comfortable.
Convenient as a place to makan is at ground level.
When entering and exiting parking. Need to give the security guard I/C or driving license.
Should be 1 time registration. The lift access card can be used as a access parking lot or should provide 1 parking lot access card. Either lah.
Hope can improve in the future.

Appartement was minder luxe dan op de foto’s. Gehorig appartement. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding daardoor slecht. Wachten op de lift duurde echt lang. Ontbijt was bij de buren en je kon alleen kiezen voor 2 opties met alleen koffie of thee. Voor de kinderen dus niet fijn. Al het andere moest je voor bij betalen. Dus ook daar een slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
