The unit itself is very comfortable. Convenient as a place to makan is at ground level.

When entering and exiting parking. Need to give the security guard I/C or driving license. Should be 1 time registration. The lift access card can be used as a access parking lot or should provide 1 parking lot access card. Either lah. Hope can improve in the future.

The location was okay,not a busy street if you like that The place was clean ,When booking add the breakfast option the best toast ..

If you aren't a fan of self check in then the place isn't for you.The place is basically a mini apartment, a small room and bathroom,no amenities provided,water and towel as well. I had to double check that i locked the room especially as a lady at night,solo travelling ; you have a main door at the suite,then the 2 rooms are separated (A and B )room and you are on one of the rooms. The window has no view and WiFi is only inyour room.

Not as same as show in the pictures there’s no TV , weak internet connection I can’t even browse or watch in the YouTube & it small room also the staff only once knock the door just to see if we are there inside and not even smiling or asking anything that we need like no complimentary coffee or tea inside the room also hard to check out coz I need to put videos and send instead of just dropping the key card in the reception I need to go up and down to collect in the locker box for the check in and check out process also as a guest in the other hotel the cleaner should have to clean the rubbish and collect the trash bin but in this hotel I have to clean and throw the trash bin in the proper disposal as a guest they just informed us about the house rules when the day we check in they never show it before I book in there hotel
