Appartamento in Viale Paolo Orlando

Bon accueil et communication facile avec l’hôte. L’appartement est propre, moderne et bien équipé. La climatisation a été très appréciable pendant la canicule. J’ai également aimé le calme du quartier, qui permet de bien se reposer. Le rapport qualité-prix m’a semblé très bon. J’étais venu pour visiter Ostie et l’emplacement était idéal. En repartant, je me suis même dit qu’il pourrait être intéressant d’y séjourner plus longtemps et de faire les allers-retours vers Rome, afin de profiter du bord de mer en fin de journée.

Le balcon est un peu petit. Il convient pour prendre un café le matin, mais il est moins agréable si l’on souhaite s’y installer un moment

Amazing place to stay. Location is convenient for both Ostia and Rome: close to the train station and close to the sea. From the airport, there’s a bus for 1,50€ or taxi (35€). Apartment exceptionally clean, well designed, everything new and well maintained. You really feel at home there. Great hotel-grade linen and towels, which is rare at apartments:) The owner greeted me personally and was very helpful and responsive.

You can hear some noise from the neighbors, and when someone is in the stairwell. it’s not their fault it’s just how the building is. I slept well with earplugs.
