Location in Ostia is convenient for the airport if using public transport ( but see below ). The apartment has excellent three-level entry security plus barred windows and balcony doors ( but easy access to the balcony ). Modern well equipped apartment with all the usual amenities associated with an apartment. Excellent communication with host via booking.com and Whatsapp. I think that secure car parking is also available. Very close to an excellent supermarket if you choose to self cater.
The apartment is in a gate-secured complex so you must be checked in by the host. It didn't show up on my Maps.me app so I chose to walk about 20 mins from the station following a map rather than risk the bus. Still had trouble actually finding the apartment but got close then called the host.
