Great home for visiting old Le Mans town, cafe and restaurants close by. Comfortable for a couple or family.

Large bedroom and large comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Small but functional kitchen. Great communication with host.

Great! I would definitely choose this place if I visit again.

Even though we only stayed for four nights, our time in this house was very cozy and enjoyable. The location is very convenient—just a few minutes’ walk from the tram station, and it is easy to go out exploring the old town area anytime. The view of the Cathedral from the window is stunning. The house is well-equipped with almost everything you need. Although there were only two of us this time, it would be perfect for a family of four or five people for a longer stay. The owner was very patient and friendly, always ready to help whenever we had any questions. Overall, highly recommended!

It would be great if basic toiletries like shampoo or body soap were provided. Also, a shelf inside the shower area would make it more convenient to place toiletries.

J'ai aimé l'arrivée autonome, la réactivité et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Le logement est très sympa on s 'y sent vite comme chez soi. J'ai bien aimé la chambre au premier avec son lit king size et sa salle de bain attenante avec sa grande douche qui est très agréable

Dans la salle de bain, le miroir d'époque pourrait être remplacé facilement par un grand miroir éclairé et à la hauteur de tous. Pas toujours facile d'avoir accès aux places de parking gratuites le soir...

Un appartement de charme en triplex, très bien situé dans le centre ancien du Mans, avec tous les aménagements nécessaires pour passer un bon séjour.

Parfait

Je reviens d'une semaine passée au Mans dans cette magnifique maison. A notre arrivée nous avions un petit panier garni qui nous attendait , nous avons vraiment apprécié cette délicate attention. Eugenio est vraiment aux petits soins et dans la bienveillance. Je recommande vivement cette maison, très bien située en plein centre de la vieille ville et de la cathédrale.. C'était un très bon séjour.

Le mans en famille

Idéalement situé pour explorer le centre historique. Cité Plantagenet à 2 pas, la cathédrale juste à côté, bonne boulangerie à côté. Tout à dispo à pied ! Le parking possible devant le logement.

Des rideaux occultants dans la 1er chambre serait pas mal pour ceux aimant dormir dans le noir quasi total.

Schöne Zimmer und wunderschöne Sicht auf die Kathedrale. Besonders geschätzt habe ich das sehr bequeme Bett und die Ruhe. Vielen Dank für die Flasche Prosecco!
