Little Munduk Villa A Private Mountain Escape

Little Munduk Villa was adorable - a really lovely place to stay in the mountains. Rama and her family were really accommodating and friendly. We loved the style of the property and how peaceful it was, there were great recommendations of excursions in the area and convenience of food delivery available as it was fairly remote.

Nothing, there wasn't anything we did not like about our stay. Just be prepared to rely on Grab or your own transport, a cash machine is a 10 minute drive away.

Le réveil matinal par les coqs peut être dérangeant pour les personnes très sensibles au bruit mais l’hôte met à disposition dès bouchons d’oreilles. Et en même c’est immersion dans le mode de vie local donc cela fait son charme.

Rama was a fantastic host. If you want to stay somewhere local this is a great spot. Villa was very clean and modern.

We had to checkout early because of the noise. We didn’t get any sleep for two nights because of roosters right across the road and dogs making noise all night. Some noise would have been Oka but it went ALL night, even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones we struggled to sleep. The area is beautiful in the way it is local people and we understand these noises are normal in Bali, however not the entire night and not for the price we were paying per night. When we tried to get refund for the 2 nights the owner (not Rama) tried absolutely everything to not give the refund, tried lying about policies, ignoring booking.com. Please understand this was not Rama and wasn’t the Balinese people, it was the Dutch owner.
