Very happy with the villa overall

Great Villa only down side a bit far from village centre, you need a scooter, 5 minute walk to the beach and there’s some great bars and restaurants there to have breakfast or watch sunset

The staff were hard to find at times, we ran out of room toilet paper on the 2nd day

Disgusted at disrespect for guests. The staff were nice but seemed unable to assist with complaint.

Extremely hard uncomfortable bed. Partying and loud noise till late from the owners villa adjoining this bedroom's wall. Very disrespectful of their paying guests. I requested cancellation/refund but did not even get a response. Would not recommend.

So peaceful & quiet. Great pool, excellent location, not central but a short walk to main area. Comfortable room, close to beach. Loved my stay at kartika!

Beautiful villa

This 2bd villa was beautiful! The pool was perfect, rooms were large, kitchen all fitted out with everything you'd need and in a fabulous location! Staff were friendly too.

If you like a hard bed, this is the villa for you. Unfortunately my old body struggled with it. I prefer a softer bed. It's not quite as private as I expected it to be... The staff could come and go via a side gate with no warning which, I personally found uncomfortable when I was lying on the lounge by the pool and a male staff member walked in... Don't get me wrong, he was lovely but, he didn't knock... No warning...

Peaceful and quiet, close to beach and short walk to central Lovina. Clean private pool and spacious lounge and kitchen, big enough kitchen and dining to cook everyday if you wanted. Will recommend to anyone with a family

The fact the ensuite was separated with a wall, not full height to ceiling and no door, anyone in the room had to put up with your( well use your imagination). No toilet paper to be flushed, put in a bin after use. Building is starting to show its age.

Friendly & kind Staff, brilliant onsite laundry, 2x 600ml Aqua water bottles supplied daily, tv screening services, adequate storage, outdoor open kitchen-sink-fridge-gas stove , 24x7 pool open times

Mattress topper or foam layer on top of bed would be great. Pool is shallow (great for kids). I couldn’t swim in it as my feet hit the bottom when I kicked. Eventually used pool to cool down and swim side stroke. Lovely water temperature.

Kartika dreams

The room was suitable and enough space. The safe was booked to the wall-most places just place it on a wardrobe shelf. Pool was great and the setting beautiful.

The water pressure often dropped to almost gone and the hot water was only tepid.

Awesome place apart from the ants

Amazing place to stay for a couple of days while in Lovina for dolphin trip. Big private place, very comfortable and new, has a lovely pool and pool area, awesome bed and shower too. Hot and cold filtered water available.

The only downfall of this stay was the amount of ants inside the house, so many on bench coming out from oven, around the sink and the cutlery draw, lots on the dining table too and even coming out of the cracks in the floor tiles. When I went to ask for some bug spray I couldn't find anyone to ask. Would've been a perfect score if it wasn't for the ants

Lovely private villa

The villa was comfortable and private. Nice little pool. Close to the beach. Both indoor and outdoor sitting areas were good.

Pool needed a clean, just leaves on the bottom not filthy... and there was no kettle to make a coffee, only a coffee machine (drip pot) and I didn't have ground coffee to make some. The 2nd bedroom is a little closed in but ok if you're planning to go out alot.

Exceptional

Very good room layout, the best for me. All laguages and clotes can be stored on a niche so the room looks neat evean after few days. Fridge bigger than the usual cubic one. Very comfortable terase in front of the room, with tall vegetation helps privacy and keeps the room cool even without using the AC. Bed was very comfortable and large good looking bathroom. No problem with the water pressure. Reasonable big swimming pool. Just couple of hundred meters from the beach, nice new restaurant around the corner and walking distance from shops and restaurants. And good Wi-Fi.

Abbiamo preso la villa con piscina privata e la zona esterna (patio e piscina) é davvero super! L’interno della villa é davvero spazioso , i letti sono comodissimi e la pulizia davvero sorprendente. Lo staff sempre presente, anche se la colazione non era compresa é stato possibile richiederla a parte, così come un driver. Posizione buona per la zona , a due passi dalla spiaggia.

Gli arredi della villa sono datati , in particolare divano e docce, ma nulla di così terribile. Il viale in cui é ubicata la villa può sembrare non particolarmente sicuro la notte, poiché é molto buio e ci sono molti cani randagi (che la notte vi assicuro possono essere un incontro non sempre piacevole).

Szép környezet, szobák a medenceparton, 3 perc séta a tengerpart. Nyugodt utca, kényelmes ágy, segítőkész személyzet.

Késő este és korán reggel sok ijesztő kutya falkában a környező utcákban. Takarítás és szemét ürítés három nap alatt egyszer sem volt.

Très bon accueil du personnel . Désolés de nous voir partir. Nous n’avons pas voulu les vexer et n’avons rien dit. Ils ont sans doute fait de leur mieux.

Établissement propre mais très vétuste. Nous avons eu envie de partir à peine arrivés.Les photos sur booking correspondent à l’état neuf. Tâches sur les draps , abattant wc écœurant,plus qu’usé, grille pain rouillé… parasol en lambeaux et matelas de piscines usés. Une odeur désagréable.Ménage ok mais rien n’est renouvelé. Voisins bruyants et aboiements une bonne partie de la nuit. Nous sommes partis une journée avant.
