The poll and the inner yard

There is no POS so you cannot use your VISA to pay and we had to change money so we asked to wait for the payment but they imposed on us to pay at that moment because they were afraid we will run away and they will not get the payment even if I guaranteed the payment with my card so this couldn’t happen.

the staff was very nice. the room was clean. big shower with nice warm water. the breakfast was good. the location is not far from shops. very cute place to stay with nice swimming pool and cute little bungalows with terrace.

Nice little place where you can relax. The beds are super comfortable and the staff supportive.

The breakfast could have some healthy options and the staff often needed to ask the manager or check with another person because they were sometimes a little bit clueless. The hotel was also 1 k away from the streets with some good warungs and the beach.

Nice location, yard and pool was beautiful, room was spatial and comfortable.

Looked like staff were new and little bit afraid. I am not saying that I didn’t like that. I just suggest managers and team be more open. You don’t need to be afraid of guests. Communication empowers everyone. Potential to make this place more nicer. Second thing. Add little bit vegetables or fruits to breakfast and you will be on next level. :)

Good hotel with beautiful stuff

We had such a great time at this hotel. The stuff was so so friendly and tried everything to make our stay amazing! We can highly recommend this place to everyone who’s looking for a comfortable place with a good and lovely service!! If we come back to the north we will definitely stay at this place again :)

Very small friendly family run hotel - limited facilities but great heart

This is a tiny family run hotel on the outskirts of Lovina. It has small but well appointed rooms which are build round, and look out on, a swimming pool. They provide breakfast, but no other meals. However a short walk down the road there were a number of local restaurants that do good food at reasonable prices. Staff were really helpful and friendly and organised taxi's and trips out to see the dolphins - all with people from their very local community which was nice. However the local beach was not the place to spend the day swimming and letting kids play - it was full of debris - more a working area for the local fisher folk. The center of Lovina was more of a 20 minute walk - which was not a great hardship. The hotel has an arrangement with a very nice sea-view restaurant in Lovina who collected us and returned us to the hotel - as they had great food this was not a hardship and the hotel location not a difficult issue to manage

Établissement cozy, propre et bien organisé. Baignoire dans la chambre, café à disposition dans la chambre. Vitre teintée au fenêtre !

Il y a trop de personnels (environ une trentaine), la plupart ne parlant pas anglais vous évite. Nous avons l’impression d’être dans une cour de récréation car ils chahutent tous ensemble et dès le matin. Je ne recommande pas forcément cette établissement car très désagréable.

Très bon rapport qualité prix. La piscine est très agréable et le personnel adorable. La literie est très confortable. L’emplacement est idéal pour faire l’activité avec les dauphins.

La salle de bain était en mauvais état, besoin d’un bon rafraîchissement. Les chambres sont vieillottes.

Un grand merci au personnel de ce charmant hôtel car ils sont adorables et au petit soin pour leurs clients. L'hôtel est une pure merveille nous avons adoré séjourner là. Accès direct à la piscine et petit déjeuner excellent et à nouveau au bord de la piscine. Un endroit parfait, calme et reposant

Prix imbattable mais vieillot

Le guest house est très bien situé. A côté de la forêt des singes, proche de plein de resto, bars et marché de Ubud + boutiques à 20 minutes. Le personnel est très gentil. Le tarif est imbattable.

Malgré cela, l'établissement est vieillot, pas très propre et le petit déj est bof. des choses sont à revoir. Par ex Bouteille d'eau et poubelle dans les chambres, nettoyer les clim... Si vous n'aimez pas les bestioles passez votre chemin.
