Villa Kelapa

The property was larger than any of us expected, with a beautiful garden. The staff were very helpful in arranging spa treatments and tours and the housekeeper even fixed my wonky sarong that I was wearing for a ceremony. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the cook wear and appliances you need to cook your own meals (though the staff can also purchase groceries and cook for you). It is in a quiet location but within walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

Absolutely great villa with everything you need. Villa is well equipped and in a good condition. staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was clean and deep. You might need a scooter or a car to go around, but it is possible to walk to Lovina beach (ab. 15-20 mins).

Good price. Friendly staff. Clean bedrooms and bathroom. Near from the beach.

Electricity would randomly shut off. Very loud AC units. Shower temperature is either very hot or cold

The house is spacious and has a lovely garden with pool. Yenni, the housekeeper, was very friendly and helpful with all our inquiries. She is also a very good cook and we very much enjoyed having breakfast and dinner at the house. Everything was clean and in a good condition.

the queen and king beds were far too hard and need a thick mattress topper to ensure comfort, particularly when you already have back issues. this actually spoilt my trip a bit as I had to sleep in the single bed.

Amazing value for money, really friendly housekeeper greeted us with the keys when we arrived. This properly is massive and really spacious, interestingly designed with semi outdoor bathrooms and a large garden and patio area with pool.

We had a bit of trouble finding the property in our car as it’s down some very narrow backstreets, we had to have a local walk us to the property as the car couldn’t fit.

Why would you only have 8 towels for 6 people .. No towels for the pool so you have to use bath towels so silly Not enough drinking glasses not one set of 6 so we could not have a toast to each other The cloths line is broken can’t hang up towels to dry or wet bathers Need small table and 6 chairs inside so if it is raining there is somewhere to eat Put ceiling fans in bedrooms so guests don’t use the air conditioner all the time as save money Air conditioners very noisey Main bedroom toilet leaking This is feedback to make our stay 120 out of 100

The property is so spacious

When we arrived, no one was there. So we tried to call the contact number that available on the app but the number is unregistered. We waited for 20 mins under hot sun didn't know what to do. Luckily, the cleaning lady just happened to passed by the place so we waited again for her to grab the key. Then when we entered the property, they were really not ready. They hanged their laundry inside the house so they had to moved it, some areas weren't clean enough. So we told her to prepared the house and clean but she refused and said she already cleaned earlier but we insisted then she angrily accepted which is a very weird reaction since we are the aggrieved party. Not long after, the manager came apologized that they weren't ready then made excuse that our book was last minute. But we book a night before and THEY CONFIRMED, so NO EXCUSE acceptable for this! The next morning, we left early morning to see dolphin and when we came back, the cleaning lady and the gardener ALREADY INSIDE. We were so surprised cause no one informed us that they were coming. The cleaning lady wait us to open the house then proceeded to clean. THIS REALLY MADE US FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE! We only stay for 1 DAY, why didn't wait for a few hours for us to checkout? So while we were sitting on the terrace the cleaning lady dusted the table that we are clearly using, she indirectly telling us to go. It was so weird and uncomfortable so my friend told her to go and clean later. We told her we checkout on 12 PM. Then on 11 AM she came back again, standing next to the gate looking at us waiting for us to leave. She is so weird and creepy. And need to be teach about hospitality. She was so unfriendly and really bad at communication. WE RENTED PRIVATE VILLA FOR THE PRIVACY BUT WE DIDN'T GET ANY PRIVACY. REALLY DISAPPOINTED! Too bad cause the property actually has a really good potential. But if people experience this thing, no one want to come back ever again.

The beds were a huge disappointment, along with the bedroom furniture. The bed frames were old and rusty and the mattresses and pillows were highly stained and the bedding had seen better days! sorry we've stayed in Bali for a month and stayed it some beautiful home-stays for a fraction of the price and the beds were beautiful! It was also situated in a dark area, a torch was required when going out on an evening. I was also quite nervous as the wall surrounding the villa is edged with glass shards! The neighbour had barbed wire around his! We expressed our concerns to the management company who said there were no issues, although we were advised to padlock the gate overnight and when we were out for the day. I also expressed my disappointment regarding the beds and they said they would pass this on to the owner, I have contacted them several times and they have said they have passed it on but we have not had any confirmation of this. Its a real shame it is a lovely place, it wants some money spending to update the furnishings.

Well kept property and very cosy. I had a great time with my family during our stay in Villa Kelapa. Yenni is a great cook and it is recommended to try out her cooking to have a taste of Balinese food. Friendly staff and very close to the beach.

Superbe villa ,très bien équipé nous avons bien apprécié la superficie des pièces , la pièce de jour qui donne directement sur la piscine jardin exotique agréable . personnel aux petits soins la villa est proche du centre , mais assez éloigné pour échapper au nuisances sonore . on peu accéder a la plage à pied superbe étape dans notre périple indonésien

Yeni was echt top! Lieve behulpzame vrouw. Heeft voor ons de was gedaan en ontbijt gemaakt! Ook had ze een dolfijnen tour voor ons geregeld. De villa echt super groot! Met drie mooie slaapkamer en twee grote badkamers. En de tuin zo mooi! En deze werd ook dagelijks onderhouden. Het zwembad was ook top! Was echt heerlijk vertoeven hier! De ligging ook top op loopafstand van het strand en restaurants.

Alles was top!

Yeni est tout simplement formidable, vous pourrez vous sentir comme chez vous. Vous pouvez directement lui demander pour les excursions, possibilité de faire des massages sur place et je vous conseille d’essayer sa cuisine. Je reviendrais avec plaisir dans cette villa. Si vous avez besoin d’un chauffeur, demandez lui le numéro de adi, il est top.

Je loopt door een straatje en opent het hek: je staat stil en denkt WOW! Wat een mooie tuin met een zwembad en prachtig huis. En dan staat daar ‘ the queen of Bali’ klaar om je te verwelkomen. Wij voelden ons zo welkom met zijn allen. Yeni, je bent fantastisch en zo lief. Maar ook de tuinman is een schat. Als wij terug komen op Bali gaan we zeker weer een paar dagen naar villa Kelapa!! Buiten dat, is Noir Bali echt de moeite waard met mooie activiteiten en uitstapjes.
