Nothing - it was a great property!

It was great location, very close to the airport.(10 minutes) Clean room and warm shower were as good as places we have stayed this trip, at a fraction of the cost.Checking into the room was very easy because they communicated with us via WhatsApp. We were also able to conveniently get a delicious Sri Lankan dinner from them. What is particularly worth appreciating is that the food was not overly spicy and tasted just like a home-cooked meal.

Very clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and breakfast was delicious! This was our 2nd stay here and we would stay again!

Jaya villa was comfortable & the hosts are helpful. They have Car & Tuk-tuk for airport pickup & drop that was helpful to me. Home cooked food for dinner was good. Currency exchange can be done there at good rates.
