    There are pros and cons to this property. But for a "transit" need, it was still a good option and I would likely use it again if the need comes up. Pros: very clean (except for one point, see cons list), bed as comfortable as any I found in Sri Lanka (still very firm though, as seems to be the case in most of Asia), quiet area (you can hear planes, but wasn't bad), close to airport and cheap taxi ride (using PickMe), new and modern, great water pressure. Cons: Arriving late or leaving early can be a bit of a challenge as it's a "home" more than a hotel, so host isn't always right there and there is no font desk or easy access to host. There were lots of ants in my room - but it was too late at night to ask anyone to address the issue (they were mostly around the edges, so you could ignore them fairly easily). The hot water lasted all of 1 minute and then it was cool the rest of my shower (it did help wake me up though!). It's located in a residential section and taxi drivers seem to get lost easily finding it.
