We chose this hotel for its location - adjacent to a venue for a family gathering and right on the beach front should the weather be right for sandcastles! Like other reviews have said, the property is a little shabby with work needing doing, but the beds were clean and comfy, the bathroom was clean, the staff were friendly and the location could not have been more perfect. It also had private parking round the back which on a sunny bank holiday weekend was worth a room booking in itself!
The rooms were not particularly insulated noise wise from other guests.
