The views are truly amazing
The host didn’t respond to any messages on booking.com that we sent months in advance and only reached out to us two days before check in. I then asked if there was a TV in the apartment and the host said “yes there is”, so I took my laptop on the holiday just to use it with the TV. When we got there, there was no TV and I carried my laptop for nothing. They left an underwear hanging on the flowers that were displayed on the table, and although the host sent us a bottle of wine as an apology, she did not collect the dirty underwear from the apartment. The washing machine does not work so we could not wash our clothes. The dishwasher does not work. Everything is very very old. The kitchen table and one of the chairs were about to break. One of the mattresses was so old that it had a large dent in the shape of a body. The small couch in the bedroom was dirty with dust and crumbs. The floors were dirty, especially under the beds which looked like hasn’t been cleaned for many months. There is no living room and the kitchen table only has space for 3 people, so if you are in a larger group you need to sit out in the sun in the balcony. In the end, the host did not accommodate our request to extend check out to 11:30am.
