Very enjoyable and welcoming stay. I got transport from the airport as my flight got in later and one of the hosts ended up being my driver. This was very convenient and he was incredibly helpful and offered lots of great advice and recommendations for my first time in Dubrovnik. He also helped me book a tour of the Elafiti Islands on very short notice which I appreciated (and recommend). The apartment itself was gorgeous and comfortable inside. Plenty spacious for one person and could easily accommodate 2-3. Well furnished and a nice place to come back to at the end of a long day. Its location was about a 20 minute walk from the Old City but there was also a nearby bus stop that you could use to get there. As a female solo traveler I felt very safe in the area and Dubrovnik as a whole. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back!

while the property was in a safe neighborhood and we received assistance when we got there with our suitcases, there was no help to be found when we left and taking suitcases up the steep stairs could be a challenge even when you’re able bodied. Overall, the property was clean and the owners responsive, however the Jacuzzi was not appropriate for daily showers and there was no shower stall in the bathroom. In addition, it appears as though when you have a bath in the Jacuzzi it seem to have an ongoing slow leak. I would return to this property if I had a room with a shower and a assistance to take my suitcases up at the end of my stay.

The apartment is well-located near a grocery store, some dining options and a two-minute walk from the bus stop where it’s a ten-minute ride or 30-minute walk to the old city. If I’m ever back in Dubrovnik, Green Park Apartments will be my first choice.

We loved this apartment, such a great location … near enough to the old town to walk but far enough away from the business of it all. 20 mins walk to lapad We had a great time, dragan and his mum were just lovely perfect!

We had a really lovely stay in the apartment with a little balcony. Walkable to the Old Town & to Lapad so a great choice of eateries , lovely walks & beautiful beaches . Lovely stay at the Green Park Apartments in Dubrovnik. The owner was extremely helpful providing us with a map and directions to local shops, transport links, walking routes and local trails plus beaches. He also booked us on the three island boat trip which was very enjoyable and great day out. We also visited Lokrum island which is beautiful and worth visiting. The lake there is a must for a swim and be sure to take a picnic with you. Our apartment was located on the ground floor with a separate bedroom and kitchen / dining area plus two bathrooms and perfectly adequate for our week long stay. We had private outdoor seating and dining area including access to a well looked after garden. Dubrovnik is well worth a visit and its history is very well presented and explained in the museums and on the walking tour we did ( free tour with free spirit). A walk into Lapad, where there are many restaurants and beaches, took approximately 15 mins and to the city walls 20 mins. The area is quite hilly however, the apartment is on the bus route to Lapad and beyond plus the other direction to the city walls. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

Very clean and spacious appartment (for 2) Nice view on the garden and ideally located from old town and Lapad. Both a 20minute walk away. Or by bus 4 or 6, the busstop is within 5min walk. A bakery around the corner and kind hosts. Would definatly recommend!

Well equipped 1 bed apartment with a decent size balcony.some nice bars in the neighbourhood, and some good restaurants within walking distance. Taj Mahal Bosnian restaurant 19 minute walk from the apartment was very good. 20 minute walk to old town, 25 minute walk to port and 30 minute walk to beach. Owner very helpful and friendly

Apartment was faultless. Great location. Within walking distance of Old Town and Sunser beach area but also close to bus route if needed. Restaurants and stores nearby, great bakery and cafes only five minute walk. Owner very helpful and there to help if needed. Would recommend these apartments to everyone.

Dragan was very welcoming and gave us very good tips on how to get about the town. the apartment was cleaning and perfect for the 7 nights we stayed there for. its a perfect apartments with friends,couples or families. our apartment has the Balcony so was perfect to have some down time on the balcony sitting outside. Dragan keeps the apartments and the communal area maintained. there were a few nights were it was quiet hot in the evenings, and each room had a air-Con and worked perfectly for us to cool down after a long day. there a few restaurants & shops just a few mins walk from the apartment which is convenient. the old town is about 30 mins walk. the Port is around 20 min walk. There are buses, however i saw it always crowded and preferred to walk since the weather for us was perfect. you get to walk to the old town with some great coastal views. The location of the apartment is perfect and have no down points on this. if i visit again i will for sure stay here.
