The location was very convenient. Facilities allowed cooking and washing.

The beds were very hard. Okay for some but I am on the smaller side and it left me with hip and back pain. Also, I feel this property may violate fire safety laws as both the entry to stairs and the unit requires a key to unlock.

The location is amazing, with a market and many restaurants nearby. It was also really easy to get to the old town and there is a bus stop in front of the house. The host was really kind.

The bathroom had a weird odor coming from the drains.

Perfect location and a comfortable stay. Would definitely do it again!

The location of the property is brilliant! We were able to move around easily and check out different parts of Dubrovnik, whether it was by walking or taking the bus (there’s a bus stop right outside the property). There was also a small supermarket, a few restaurants, and a beach all really close to the apartment! Bosko was very kind and available for any information we might need. We traveled with our two children (4 years old and 5 months old) and the apartment was comfortable enough for all of us.

Great stay in Dubrovnik

Clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious space. I got a welcoming drink and the place was nice.

Nothing big but maybe an improved for the host. The host was not proactive for letting me know how the check in will be done. After I messaged twice, they told me that someone will be there to open for me (their reception is in the house). The bathroom smells.

Excellent facilities, balcony with views, sofa bed for 3rd person comes with a useful curtain for privacy, run by an experienced landlord, comfortable space, parking slot, by bus stop for number 4 bus to the old town (really no need to walk)

An excellent contemporary apartment with 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms.

An excellent contemporary apartment with 1.5 baths and 2 bedrooms. Nicely finished. On the bus stop to Old Town or a easy 15 minute walk downhill. Take #4 bus back (uphill) -runs every 15-20 minutes. A great shaded balcony overlooking green space with couple soccer fields- can watch a game if you like it. A well appointed kitchen.

-A teapot to steep loose tea would be great. -Light blankets offered are twin sized without duvets to go with them. The owner needs to either get a queen blanket to fit his duvet or two twin duvets to fit his blankets. We had to put one blanket inside the queen duvet sideways and put the other across on top of duvet over the legs. The provided down blanket was very thick and heavy. - ceiling beans in the bedrooms are decorative but hazardous- I am 5.5' and hit the sharp edge so that it still hurts 2 days later! Those edges need proper bumpers where there is a chance to hit your head. it hurts like crazy. -low water pressure in the shower.

Everything was more than amazing! The host was extremely welcoming and the location is great - quite close to multiple beaches, shops, cafes and bakeries.

Amazing and spacious apartment, with many amenities, close to the old town, about 5 minutes by bus (the bus station is right outside the entrance). The apartment is very modern and tasteful, the host was very nice and helpful. Cafés, restaurants and market within 5 minutes on foot. The beach is also very close, 15 minutes walk.

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in bathrooms and hallway, that was also coming at times when sitting on the balcony.

Lovely apartment, great location to explore the whole area. Handy bus stop outside & local bar for breakfast coffee. Had everything we needed & help finding free parking was appreciated. Great introduction to the area & where to go too.

perfect location. it’s not far from old town or new town. there is a bus stop right at the property. the bus will take you straight to old town or new town. it’s quite easy and simple. the owner is kind and helpful. beautiful apartments.

A Good choise

Big and clean apartment, close to everything (beaches and the old city) and the bus station is in front of the apartment.

Sometimes there is a disturbing smell (sewage?) In the hallway.

Nice location, only 20 minutes from the Old town. a lot of good restaurants around. Good facilities, we found all we need for cooking.

During all the staying we had awful smell all around the apartment which came from the toilets. Hope that owner can fix it further.

Lovely place to stay for a week

+ Great welcoming host who is always nearby and ready to help out; + Spacious terrace with gorgeous views; + Decent size bedrooms with comfy beds; + Bunch of nice restaurants in the vicinity but Dubrovnik is small enough to get anywhere really quickly (or just order delivery); + Wi-Fi was perfect most of the time, although did stop working once - during a heavy rain; + Loved the roof windows that fill the bathroom and hallway with natural light - I want these in my future home now!

I loved my stay! A few minor things: - The terrace door a bit tricky to close (Bosko kindly showed how to do it though); - The TV is a bit old, couldn't have wireless connection to my laptop; - The second bathroom had a bit of smell - but was very clean and we did not really use it

Great place in Dubrovnik

The apartment is very nice, clean, it has everything you need and the owner is so nice!!! There is also a free parking place which is important in Dubrovnik. You could simply walk to the Lapad beach in 15 minutes and to the city center in 25 minutes. I would totally recommend this place!

The location is excellent, walking distance to all important sites. A nice, very clean, comfortable apartment, well equipped with everything is needed. The owner is very eager to help. He gave us a lot of hints about visiting Dubrovnik. Strongly recommend!

Apartment Pavle

Very nice, clean apartment. The daughter speaks and writes English, and she and the father are sooo helpful. The mother gifted some homemade cherry liqueur, which was delicious, but I was on a no sugar kick, so I only tasted one small glass. Good location. Bus stop right in front and grocery stores, restaurants, beaches, bakeries….everything within easy walking distance. I was able to park my car right out front.

The only reason I didn’t give the full 10 is because it was much higher than my three previous apartments and didn’t include a living room or a washer, so comparatively it was high priced. (One previous apt actually had a second bedroom also, and one was inside Old Town. All three were in prime tourist spots and had a washer.) Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Very friendly and kind host. We received a warmth welcome with a special home-made wine made of walnuts as a gift and it tasted very good! We had wanted to buy one before we left, but the host did not sell it and gave us one as a gift. Furthermore, the location of the apartment is very well located - between the new city and old city.
