I loved everything about this apartment—from the friendly and welcoming host to the excellent quality of the apartment and its convenient location close to all amenities. I would definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped and clean. Good location, able to walk to both the Old Town and Lapad but if you’d rather use public transport the Bus stop is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment

Clean.
Aircon in main bedroom was very noisy. Even at lowest setting, too noisy to sleep. Not good when room is so warm.
Description states Garden and balcony with City views. This is nonsense. Garden is a table and chairs on the concrete entranceway (In shade all day). Balcony is barely big enough to stand on with views of neighbours roofs. Certainly no city views (or views of any sort). Misleading description.
