The apartment is lovely and the view is spectacular.
The lock on the door to the apartment is nightmare to work.
The apartment is possibly located at the highest point in Dubrovnik.
The main office is around a 20/25 minute walk and if you arrive before your check in, you can leave your cases - however, unless you’re incredibly fit, do not attempt to take your suitcases from there to the apartment.
The boiler/hot water is extremely temperamental.
The bath towels are tiny and you only get one set for your stay. If you require more, you have to pay.
Stayed for 4 nights and the apartments are not serviced.
