Nunas Luxury Port Residences

The apartment itself , the quietness , the location, the communication with the owner.

The fact that it wasn't specified that you have a boiler for the water that was set to minimum and we ran out of hot water.

Ana went out of her way to help us out, either with a taxi driver or parking when leaving. The later checkout helped as well. When there was a glitch with the aircon, it was fixed that day. Terrific customer service. Nearby cafes have good coffee, and it was a nice walk to the Old town. Helped to burn off the pastries. We had a surprisingly good Dinner at The Porto hotel next door. Surprising in that it was excellent quality for the price.

Things hardly worth mentioning, but. Sugar sachets and a table next to the RHS of bed. Thats it.

The place is spacious, clean and bright

They should send information about accessing the room a day before the check in date, this will help if you're having issues receiving an email on the day. Which is what happened to me. It was great how I was taken to my room, shown the facilities in the room. View was nice, quiet area in Lapad right next to the Boulevard, close to supermarkets too. But it's a bus journey to the old town, which can be quite inconvenient to come back. The room is really nice and clean, had all the facilities that were needed too. Large size room too.

Shower floor is really slippery, bed is really low and too soft and it's a shame they don't provide an iron. But no major concerns.
