DUBROVNIK PIER free parking and balcony

El apartamento es de auténtico superlujo y cuenta con todas las comodidades posibles. Todo está completamente nuevo, muy cuidado y funciona de diez. Tiene un balcón genial, lavadora, tendedero y un baño enorme. Otro punto fortísimo es que incluye una plaza de parking numerada en la azotea, lo cual es un valor increíble en esta ciudad. La comunicación con la anfitriona fue súper fluida y atenta en todo momento, y además ¡habla español!, lo que facilitó muchísimo todo. Cerca hay supermercados con muy buenos precios. ¡Mil gracias por todo!

Por decir algo, queda a más de 20 minutos caminando del Old Town, por lo que te toca dar un paseo o utilizar el transporte público para ir al centro, pero realmente no es ningún inconveniente grave para todo lo bueno que ofrece el alojamiento.

Cama super grande y còmoda. Super bien equipado y amplio.

The friendly owner Goge met us at the clean, secure building with keys and instructions for the accommodation and on-site parking. The road to get to the parking was very narrow. There was good communication with the owner of this beautiful clean modern one bedroom apartment. It has a nice living room and a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen. The apartment was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable. Paper towels and kitchen towels and all kitchenware were provided. The water heater and heat/AC , and washing machine were great. Frequent convenient buses to old town, bus stop and groceries were nearby. There are several steps to get to the elevator from the parking area .Goje helped with the suitcase.There is a nice balcony with chairs, a large kitchen table comfortable sofa, and the bedroom has a comfortable mattress. I highly recommend this wonderful apartment and would return again. Please note that their is no electricity except for the refrigerator when you leave the apartment since it is controlled with your key card.

If you have mobility issues, the steps from the parking to the elevator may be difficult. An alternative would be to be dropped off at the lower level entrance and take the elevators up. There are no steps to climb from the bus drop off. Once we parked, we did not have to use our car again until leaving.

Spacious, clean and tidy, quiet and safe, well-equipped kitchen, furnished with taste and style. Good lotion, 25 mins walk to Old Town. Supermarkets with just a few minutes walk. Very kind host who met us in person and was very responsive to our questions during our stay. Highly recommend.

It would be perfect if the glass panel of the shower booth can extend longer so that water won't be easily spilled out during shower.
