Apartments Xandy

Incredibly clean. Perfect location for bus to old town (less than 10 mins). Lovely restaurants and bars around the harbour that are cheaper than in the old town. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathroom had soap, shower gel and shampoo which was a lovely touch. We arrived late, instructions to find and enter the property were very clear. Our host communicated on WhatsApp so was available if we needed anything. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay and would definitely recommend. There are bakeries, and supermarkets within 3 min walk. Plus the ferry hopper is within 15 mins walk so perfect to get to our next destination.

From the day before I arrived the support from the owner himself was exceptional! He guided me to the building and helped me with everything. The apartment was easy to get to and settle in. It was very clean and I was surprised by all of the utilities we had like a washing machine with capsules, coffee, multiple towels for everything...etc. It was easy to get to everything I need from the apartment like a supermarket and a bus station leading to everywhere. The owner left us a guide with locations and help with the public transport and it was very nice of him. I'm very pleased with the experience overall and I would reccomend this place to anybody!

Great location by the port and easy to get to the major sights. The apartment was very comfortable and had everything you need.. Host was knowledgeable and helpful.

El estudio está muy bien con todas las comodidades, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días, y está muy bien ubicado, con transporte muy cerca, supermercados, etc

No puedo valorarlo bien, porque el aire acondicionado no enfriaba. Con temperaturas de 35 grados en Dubrovnik no se puede tener un aparato de aire acondicionado que no funcione. Se lo dijimos al Sr.; fue a verlo, pero lo dejó igual, y nos dijo que como fuera hacia mucho calor por eso no enfriaba. Subrealista. Nunca más se preocupó de si se pasaba calor o no dentro. El estudio sin aire es irrespirable, y el baño una sauna. El estudio es perfecto, pero sin aire en agosto no se puede estar. O arregla esto, o no lo puedo recomendar.
