Wonderful base for a visit to Dubrovnik

Taxi drivers drop/pick up from the other side of the road. Look out for the Green Park Apartments sign on the footpath.

Great Location, super apartment and an excellent host.

Many features : Dragan, our host, met us at the airport as we had asked him to arrange an airport pickup. Warm welcome , great chat and information to the apartment and a full tour of the place. Location , really good as it is about half way between Old Town and the Lapad Restaurants and beach area. Good bus connect and only 30mins to Old Town. Apartment really clean, wifi good, kitchen well equipped, shower pressure and bathroom excellent, garden and terrace lovely and we enjoyed taking meals and our late drinks there.

It was well located, green surrounding and clean.

The photo’s are somewhat nicer than in reality, or maybe we didn’t have one of the best apartments, but it was green and clean so maybe more pics or all of the apartments would be good. So you don’t necessarily expect exactly what you see in the photos.

A lovely stay in Dubrovnik.

The property was well equipped, clean, comfortable and quiet. The location good for us, we could walk into the Old Town but equally there is a good bus service, the number 4 which also came in useful in the other direction, to a great beach. Our host was very helpful with suggestions and information. We also loved the garden and the resident cat!

A lovely room with great views from the balcony.

The room is compact but well organised. We really enjoyed spending time on the balcony - the view was fantastic and we loved watching birds fly around the garden. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned every other day, which was an unexpected bonus.

More plugs close to both sides of the bed would have been very helpful. The flat is quite a long walk from Dubrovnik Old Town in the height of summer and although the buses are frequent, be prepared for them to sometimes be full

Friendly welcome. Fantastic terrace with green view. Apartment 2 was spacious and comfortable.

Be aware of the steep stairway to the house, especially if you have heavy baggage.

The apartment was amazing. Had everything we needed for a nice family break. Linen and towels changed every couple of days. Lovely friendly owners and really helpful. Location is perfect - halfway between old town and lapad new port. Buses really easy. Loved it!

Perfect for visiting Dubrovnik while staying in the middle of a paradise garden close to the beaches

Amazing terrasse under the shade of a stunning kiwi tree! Very nice apartment with a lot of attention to small helpful details and everything you could need. And Dragan is one of the best hosts we ever had, very friendly with useful advice, and at the same time discrete and quiet.

Brilliant property in a great location - would highly recommend!

Great location along one of the main bus routes in Dubrovnik. It suited our trip brilliantly. Great facilities. The host was really great! He gave us advice on what buses to use and how to get to certain parts of the town. He can also arrange for boat tours and other activities around the island.

Fabulous

Just returned from a fabulous week in the Green Park Appartments Dubrovnik. What an experience from the time we arrived until the time we left. Dragan is a wonderful host he organised a taxi to pick up at the airport and drop us back again. The apartment is spotlessly clean we stayed in a 1 bedroom appt, ideal for 2 people with a lovely balcony. Dragan was very helpful on arrival explaining to us where everything was including walks sightseeing and public transport. Apartments are situated in a lovely quiet area with lovely bars and restaurants within walking distance. It's about 20 to 25 mins walk to the old town with beautiful scenery on the way... There is also a very good bus service nearby the no 4 bus stop is about 5 mins away which brings you right into the old town. Overall would highly recommend this property to anybody planning to visit this beautiful place.

A perfect apartment in a great location

The apartment was really lovely, very spacious with a balcony overlooking the beautiful gardens. The Location was great in between Dubrovnik old town and Lapad. Dragan was very helpful with suggestions of what to do and was a great host.

100% would recommend. Our host was friendly, quick to respond and communication was easy. The flat was clean, comfortable and very well furnished. Bus stop from 5-10mn walking distance to go to the city center. We had a great stay.

Very Disappointing. The apartment was not as expected.

The location is quite convenient. It's half way between the Old Town and the beach. There's a bus stop just up the road to the Old Town or Lapad beach or you can walk to Bellevue beach (less than 1km).

Our room was called a Superior 1bed with garden view. The view is through the bedroom window. The lounge has no windows so is dark all the time. The kitchen has no bench space, only the table, and was not well equipped. We had to ask for a plug for the sink to do the washing up. Our courtyard is tucked around the side of the main house so the garden view is restricted to a 2m wide area along a garden wall. There are 3 different types of accommodation in this location, but the ratings shown on booking.com are all lumped together rather than different ratings for each type of accommodation. Also some of the photos of the views provided by the owner have been taken from outside of the apartment which does not give a true representation for the apartment we booked.

Lovely host and very clean facilities

Dragan was a great host, providing us with a map of the area and recommending shops and beaches nearby! The apartment is in a great location, right between the Old Town, Port and Lapad and was very clean. We were provided with fresh towels every other day and the kitchen had plenty of pots, plates and cutlery for us to use.

We cooked quite a few meals during our stay and would just note to other potential guests that the kitchenette is a small area so don’t expect to be able to cook anything too extravagant!

We stayed on the top floor corner room with amazing views from the balcony. Well kept property, clean, quiet, spacious, beautiful garden, friendly personnel. Highly recommended!

Superb

Starting with dragan, the owner, who was very helpful with everything. The garden was also great for our baby, so we didn't have to stay inside the house the whole time.

To mention something, it would have been great to have a microwave,but it didn't affect our stay and opinion about the place

Location brilliant , about a mile from the old town but an easy bus stop round the corner , apartment very clean and comfy , host very kind and welcoming with excellent English, very spacious, outside area is small but peaceful and so would highly recommend

I struggled to get the TV to work as it kept saying no signal and or can’t find channel so I had to use my iPad to keep me entertained when I got home in the evening and when cooking their was no microwave , Wi-Fi was also not always reliable

The surrounding, the garden, decent water pressure, good speed of internet

The building is located down quite a long flight of steps-climbing up with the luggage on your way back may turn out quite a challenge - the place not for disabled or handicapped. Cleaning was less than basic-only vaccuming tiled floor is not enough, the mopping would've been welcomed. No shelf or rack in a shower cabin, the satellite tv getting frozen-though, considering that it only offered local channels... No microwave or oven in the kitchenette- only two-burner top stove- however, it was not mentioned in the description that such were included. Guests are to discard their garbage which itself in a place without pretence of being hotel is ok, though you should know the dump area is located up the steps and yet a bit of walking- we wished we'd been told to leave the bags outside of the apartment, for istance, for the hosts to take care of. Not the fault of the host but throughout the stay we were exposed to some noise in the surrounding- some garden or building works etc.
