About this apartment rental

This is a cozy 2-bedrooms apartment with a balcony located in the Lapad area of Dubrovnik. With its bright and colourful interior and unique details, this apartment offers a truly special place to stay while exploring Dubrovnik and its surroundings.



The apartment consists of an open space kitchen with a dining area and a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom with a shower. The living room glass doors open onto a small balcony where you can relax and enjoy your morning coffee.



Amenities include: AC, Flat screen Cable TV, Free Wi-Fi, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, washing machine, and fully equipped kitchen with oven, stove, fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle.



The apartment is located on the first floor of a small residential building. It is set in a quiet residential area in Lapad, close to the bus stop, a grocery store, cafes, bars and bakeries. The apartment is ideal for travellers who wish to stay away from the busy Old Town but still be within an easy reach to all attractions. Bellevue beach is just a 15 minutes’ walk from the property while the newly renovated Lapad Sunset beach is approximately 20 minutes walking distance from the property. The Old Town can easily be reached by bus which runs frequently; the bus ride is around 10 minutes.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.
All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.
In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property. *

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.

We stayed in this property for 6 nights. It was very nice. The space was comfortable for two people and had all necessary amenities. It is nearby a bus station which could take us directly to all the sites we wished to see as well as a number of beaches. Overall positive experience. Would stay there again if in the region again. Two beneficial pieces of info for improvement for future renters:1. There are two switches by the bathroom. One is the light and the other is the hot water heater. I was not used to the hot water being able to be turned off and we ended up taking cold showers for the first day until we figured it out. 2. We were instructed to get rid of trash. It would be helpful to note that the disposal bins are a right and second right as it took us a while to find them.

Appartement très bien aménagé et agencé, très agréable, dans un quartier animé. Deux plages à proximité, dont celle de Sunset Beach, vivante et bordée de restaurants. L’appartement est cependant excentré par rapport au centre historique et le passage des bus est aléatoire. Nous avons eu recours tous les jours aux taxis pour être mobiles (très peu cher et efficace en passant par Uber).

L'appartement est très bien refait, très joli et correspond aux images montrées sur le site. Par contre, le bâtiment dans lequel il se trouve est dans un réel état de délabrement avec des vitres cassées notamment. Donc c'était le choc en arrivant, car le contraste intérieur/extérieur est énorme. Et c'est quand même assez loin du centre. Du coup, nous avons écourté notre séjour, sans pouvoir trouver d'arrangement financier avec le gérant immobilier. Dommage.
