Lovely host

Lovely top deck sun bathing area. Lovely clean pool. Staff very attentive and wanting to ensure you had everything you needed. Quiet area. Local shops and bars within a fairly short walk. Shampoo and coffee tea provided. Local buses at bottom of hill to take you to Old Town etc

Our stay at Palm Tree Apartments, was relaxed and enjoyable.

The hosts were amazing. Jelena is very friendly and inclusive. Her levels of communication are some of the best I have experienced in terms of being prepared for arrival and has a lot of suggestions for things to do in Dubrovnik.

The property is lovely and is almost complete, Jelena is adding the final touches, which will be really nice. I would have loved a sofa or lounge chair to sit on in the room, but that was a very minor detail.

Perfect for a Dubrovnik stay

Pool area was fabulous. Location was perfect, short uber to the old town yet still walkable. As well as 5 minute walk to bars and restaurants nearby. Jelena was an amazing host, so accommodating and provided lots of brilliant restaurant/bars/sightseeing recommendations! Would highly recommend

Good location, but wouldn’t recommend.

The location was good, with restaurants and facilities nearby and a bus stop close by that takes you straight to the Old Town. The pool was a great addition, and the surroundings were very calm and peaceful. Everything was easy to reach, and the place itself was very accessible.

The bed and pillows were too soft, and the towels were quite rough. The place was not cleaned during our stay, and there were no cleaning supplies available to do it ourselves. We also noticed ants in the room and small flies in the bathroom. Additionally, part of the bathroom furniture was broken. We are used to more luxurious stays and, unfortunately, would not recommend this accommodation.

Peaceful, friendly and a great stay

Firstly, Jelena our host was incredible! Very friendly, helpful and really cared about making sure we had a great stay. The apartments are clean and the pool was a lovely break from the heat. There's shops and bars close by and it's a short bus ride to either old town Dubrovnik or Lapad bay. It was really peaceful due to the location.

Only very small thing, but could have done with an extra pillow, just because we're used to firmer ones at home.

- the property was very clean and well-maintained - about 30 mins away from the Old Town by foot, 15/20 mins away from beaches - the property is very close to bus stations - quiet neighbourhood - the host provided lots of useful information about what to do/see/amazing restaurants and bars in Dubrovnik - we were allowed to leave our luggage at the property & still use the facilities (pool) after check-out while waiting for our flight

Perfect stay

The pool and sun loungers were needed after a hot day touring. Room was perfect. It is a 35 min walk to old town and 25 min walk to Lapad, busses are also an option.

The Apartments and surroundings are brilliant. Lovely Pool which is a must in the hot sun. Well equipped apartments with comfy beds and pillows. We booked 3 apartments and were happy with all 3. Great location !!! A beautiful backdrop to the property with Amazing views! Only 30 minutes walk to the Old town and 20 mins to Lapad. Bus service available 5 minute walk. 2 minutes to a supermarket, butcher. 10 minutes to bars and bakery

Perfect!

The private balcony! So nice to have a private space to drink coffee and relax in the morning. Well equipped studio. Jelena was exceptionally helpful, and went above and beyond every time. An ideal distance from the hub of old town, a 30 minute walk, with restaurants, convenience stores and beaches all within 10-15 mins when you don’t want to venture that far.

Everything was perfect, the pool area has been upgraded since the photos as well so it was even better than expected.

Quiet residential location yet within 2 minute walk there was a supermarket, taxi rank, bus stop, several pubs, coffee shops and a restaurant. About 20 minute walk to center of Lapad and 8 minutes on the bus to Old Town.

Nothing really. Might be difficult to find location first time at night. Host sent us directions and photos in advance which were a big help.

Jelena was very kind and communicative, and she gave us many recommendations for things to do in Dubrovnik. In my opinion, I recommend this apartment. It’s a bit far from the city center, but everything is fine if you have a car.

Just perfect!

Our stay at Palm Tree apartments was delightful. The apartment was clean, spacious and very modern. The host Jelena met us on arrival, helped with our bags and had provided us with wine, fruit juice, water and coffee which was much appreciated after a long day of travelling. The apartment is accessible through individual secure entry, feels very safe and is in a nice quiet location but is also in close walking proximity to local bars, restaurants and buses that take you right into the old town. We loved having our own private seating area at the front of our apartment, however especially loved the pool and access to roof top sun loungers. Jelena made herself available at all times to cater to guests needs and all requests were answered with exceptional timing. It is very clear to see the time and effort she has put into ensuring her guests have a wonderful stay in Dubrovnik. Her attention to detail is next to none, we couldn’t recommend this apartment enough!

Lovely spacious apartments with useful kitchen appliances. Multiple areas for sunbathing including beside the pool and on the lawn. Well maintained pool.

Peaceful, relaxing and calm

Jelena was so friendly and helpful - she brought us fresh fruit and meat/cheese for free after we spend the morning at the beach nearby (Bellevue beach) which is only a 13 min walk away. The room has incredible air conditioning and stays cool even when it’s not on. The bed was so comfy and we had access to a washing machine with the washing pods and softener included - this was super helpful for swimming stuff and beach towels. The pool was a godsend in the heat! There is a lovely little deck to lie out on and tan - it was not crowded at all but very peaceful and quiet. One night we had some beers by the pool and watched the bats 🦇 flying around. The old town is a €5 taxi away.

We had a small issue with the shower when we first arrived as it didn’t drain very well but Jelena’s husband sorted it out right away and it was no trouble.

Freshly renovated with great facilities. Walking distance to old town if you don’t mind a longer walk. The host was kind enough to share wine and food with us.

Our bathroom had some drainage issues with the shower.

Запросили залишитися довше, пригостили кавою та печивом. Велике дякую Вам, якщо ви це читаєте! Апартаменти чудові, є все необхідне для проживання! Jelena i Marko su najbolji domaćini koje ćete ikad upoznati, sigurni smo! Išli smo u Dubrovnik zbog dočeka Nove godine, a domaćini su nas iznenadili što su predvečer napravili zabavu za svoje goste i tako nam dodatno uljepšali cijelu večer. Apartman je čist, prekrasno uređen i izvana i iznutra, od sadržaja ima sve što vam može zatrebati. Poprilično je blizu starom gradu, autobusom koji staje blizu apartmana možete doći do centra za svega nekoliko minuta. Sve preporuke i odsrca hvala domaćinima! Mi se sigurno vraćamo.
