The house is cozy and comfortable. You have everything needed and location is good- close to supermarket and easy parking and access to main road. Quiet at night.
Unfortunately as for July 2026 there's a construction sight in front of the house. Construction equipment and tools are placed near by. Workers load their stuff in the morning on the truck and a caterpillar occasionally digs just in front of the house. We couldn't enjoy sitting on the balcony and the kids couldn't play outside. Not a deal breaker but we expected to get a notice in advance and it did degrade our experience. The owner was generous enough to let us look for another place or cancel anytime if decided because of this.
