The view and the location.
Communication with the manager was sporadic leading up to check in.
The house itself needs lots of repairs (shower is leaking, power is weak causing frequent reset of the power system, and the alarm system needed a constant reset).
Most important, the pool started to crumble on our first day and ended up having pieces of the pool and sediments falling into the pool. The owner blamed it into the previous guests but it was obviously a very old and known issue.
The place was way overpriced for having to deal with those issues listed above.
