Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Welcome to your peaceful getaway at Bonita Beach & Tennis Club. This ninth-floor condo faces east and offers beautiful sunrise views over the back bay. From the screened balcony, you can watch the morning light reflect across the water and enjoy a quiet, relaxing start to each day. The beach is just a five-minute walk from the building, and you’ll be close to local cafés, waterfront dining, and convenient shopping.
Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While not fully renovated, the interior has a pleasant and welcoming feel that makes vacation living easy. The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay.
A starter set of essentials is included for your arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and check-in is simple with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

The location was great but I was not able to get a parking pass for 2 days (there was a large meeting that was going on) and went to the office 4 times with no luck. The unit location was great but there was a mold smell when we checked in, but this went away after a few days. Overall I would rent this unit again as it was a super quick walk to the beach, and Doc's Beach House.

Great location for beautiful beaches, walk across the street. Rebuild still in progress from hurricane but had zero effect on our stay. Perfect for the two of us.
