The studio comfortably accommodates couples or small families, featuring a king-size bed and a sleeper sofa. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen, stay connected with Wi-Fi, and unwind with the TV's cable and streaming options.

Guest Access:
Guests have private access to the entire studio condo, including the fully equipped kitchen and private screened lanai.
You'll also have access to the community swimming pools and pickleball courts, which are currently open. Beach access is open as well. Please note that the tennis courts are currently closed, and other community amenities may be affected by ongoing improvements.
Self-check-in is convenient and secure, using a personalized door code provided before arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of Bonita Beach, this property offers easy access to one of Southwest Florida’s most beautiful beaches, just across the street. The area is known for its relaxed coastal atmosphere, with nearby waterfront restaurants, beach bars, and local favorites all within a short walk or drive. Whether you are looking to spend the day on the sand, enjoy a sunset dinner, or explore the area, everything is within reach.
Getting Around:
A car is recommended to make the most of your stay, with plenty of free parking available on-site. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area. Bonita Beach is within walking distance, and grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping are just a short drive away.
Other Things to Note:
Please note the following before booking. The community continues to improve following recent updates. While many amenities are open, some areas are still under improvement, and the grounds are a work in progress. Noise has generally been minimal. This is a short-term rental community with a mix of owners and guests. A parking pass is required for all vehicles and must be obtained shortly after arrival. Vehicles without a pass may be subject to enforcement. No smoking is allowed on the grounds, in the unit, or on the balcony.

We are a local, professionally managed team and are available if you need anything during your stay. While we respect your privacy, we are just a message or phone call away for recommendations, assistance, or any questions.
