The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

Fabulous remodel- very clean. Location was amazing for beach access. The only issue besides the ones we knew about from the listing (remodeling atrium/exteriors) was hot water. Every shower and hand washing was like warm at best. It didn’t ruin our stay but something to note if you love a hot shower. Exterior still a bit rough but interior is a dream. Pool could use new chairs- kinda shabby. Would stay again for the price.
