Please note this is a studio-style space with an open layout (no separate bedrooms). It’s perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small families looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the beach. The location is ideal for relaxing and exploring, with restaurants, shops, and Bonita Beach just steps away. We’re happy to answer any questions before you book!

>Please obtain your parking pass from the management office upon arrival.
>Before leaving, please dispose of all trash using the trash chute located in the building.
>Place all used towels and linens in the bathroom.
>Ensure all windows and doors are closed and locked before check-out.
>No pets allowed unless approved prior to booking.
>No smoking inside the unit.
>No parties or unauthorized gatherings.
>Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
>Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
>Please rinse off sand before entering the unit to help keep the space clean.

We loved being right across the street from the restaurant and the beach. It is a beautiful walk down the street to see all the houses. The owner was very responsive to all of my questions and the check in was very smooth. We loved it here.

Property location was great - right across from beach. Property was clean and as advertised. Could use a new toaster and a cookie sheet in the kitchen. Otherwise great for our family!

Washer didn’t work, took 3 days for them to address it out of a 6 day stay. Kitchen not well equipped. Dirty containers in cupboard. Overpriced. I would never book again with a management company. Direct to user only.
