Hi, note the complex still recovering from Hurricane Ian, the surroundings still a reconstruction area and many amenities are not yet finished , tennis courts paddle courts, gardens, bbq grills. But condo has a FINISHED balcony and a incredible vew. And a beautiful public beach just across the street. Any questions please inquiry

Everything needed for a wonderful stay was included in the unit…clean, comfortable, and convenient. The elevators were having issues a few days we were there, but were fixed close to the end of our stay. We would definitely stay again!

This is our 2nd time staying here and plan to come again. The location is perfect! The condo is clean & has all of the necessities. The ceiling fans and shower were upgraded since our last visit so that was a nice surprise. The ability to walk across the street to the beach and Doc’s is so convenient. The office staff at the complex is very nice too. All around great experience and highly recommend.
