Property improvements are scheduled from June 15 through October 31, 2026, including landscaping enhancements, fence repairs, tree planting, and other beautification projects. The most significant impact will be from the walkway resurfacing project, which involves sanding, grinding, and epoxy coating of walkways throughout the building. Guests should expect elevated noise levels and construction activity during working hours, with the walkway work potentially affecting the entire building. We appreciate your patience as these improvements are completed.

This sixth-floor condo faces directly west and offers unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico and picture-perfect sunsets each evening. Bonita Beach is only a five-minute walk from the building, with cafés, waterfront restaurants, and local shops just moments away.
Inside, the condo is clean, comfortable, and arranged for effortless vacation living. The space features a king bed, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a TV with cable and streaming capabilities. Fresh linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided, creating a smooth start to your stay.
A starter set of essentials is included upon arrival. Guests will find small amounts of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and trash bags. For safety and hygiene reasons, consumable items are not replenished during the stay, and we do not provide food items, spices, oils, coffee, or other perishable products. Guests may purchase any additional supplies they need.
The community currently offers two heated pools and pickleball courts for guest use. Other amenities throughout the property remain under construction. Parking is free and open, and self check-in is easy with a personal door code provided prior to arrival.

The condo was a nice and clean. The best parts was the view of the sunsets from the balcony and of course, 2 minutes to wetting your feet in the surf.

Great location right across from the beach. Spacious studio apartment with full well stocked kitchen including dishwasher and garbage disposal. Clean and air conditioning worked well Stocked with beach chairs and I’m relaxing. Facilities over all a bit old and tired and construction noise made the balcony too loud to use. But I’d stay again. It was good value for a great location.
