Whether you're watching the morning light dance on the water from your screened lanai or catching a blazing Gulf sunset from the sofa, the view is always front and center — and it never gets old.
Pleasantly decorated, well maintained, and thoughtfully stocked, this cozy studio in Building 1 comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests and puts the white sands of Bonita Beach just across the street.
On-site amenities include two pickleball courts (tennis courts temporarily closed while the club undergoes renovations). Please note: some restoration work on building walkways & stairways, grounds, landscaping & sidewalks are ongoing — occasional daytime construction noise is possible.
THE SPACE
This open-concept studio flows easily from the kitchen through the dining and living/sleeping areas, with a warm, relaxed atmosphere that invites you to slow down and settle in.
The living area is generously laid out with full dining for 4, a queen sleeper sofa, two side chairs, and a flat screen TV with cable. The real showstopper, though, is just through the full glass sliding doors — a screened lanai outfitted with two sun loungers and two additional side chairs, perfectly positioned to soak up the Gulf view in total comfort. It's the kind of outdoor space you'll find yourself returning to morning, afternoon, and evening.
Sleep soundly on a king-size bed dressed in hotel-quality linens, with generous storage throughout so everyone can unpack and truly settle in.
The bathroom is a standout for a studio — featuring a combination bathtub and shower with ample storage, a rare and welcome amenity for guests who love a long soak after a day at the beach.
The efficiency kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, stove, microwave, and all the cookware, dinnerware, and silverware needed for easy, comfortable meals in.

The sunset view from the unit was great, we loved being close the beach and it was a really short walk. Since the condo was facing the sun and it is a wall A/C unit, it did get a bit warm in the afternoon. Everything was very clean and there were lots of blankets, towels and beach items to use which we appreciated, but the kitchen and bathroom felt outdated and cramped, and could use a remodel. Many of the items available for use in the kitchen were old and dull and didn’t feel clean even if we washed them. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but would probably choose a more modern unit when we come back.

It was our first time traveling to Florida’s Gulf Coast. From the moment we arrived, it felt like home walking in. The property was very clean, had amazing views of the ocean, and also was very comfortable. We loved using the lanai, great for seeing birds, having morning coffee, and people watching. Doc’s Beach house is across the street for beach access and good food. Our host, Chad was very accommodating and helpful during our stay. We will be back!!

The check-in procedures were smooth and the accommodations were as advertised. Outstanding view of the Gulf and sunsets were spectacular. Pools were very clean and we appreciated the heated water. Several good restaurants within walking distance.

The current construction being done on/around this property is VERY understated in the description. Not only is the unit’s balcony closed, but there is a 4x8 ft plywood sheet on the slider door, partially blocking the great ocean-view that the unit would otherwise offer as well as a lot of daylight. Also, ‘painting’ and ‘repair’ does NOT accurately describe the construction crew working ALL day (starting promptly at 8am) with power tools (jackhammering concrete off the balconies of the units and tearing off all railings and support posts of the screened area). Wish I could add a video I took of a worker on scaffolding using power tools directly outside our window-crazy loud!!
The cafe is also closed during this time-wasn’t in any info until we saw signage upon arrival at the unit. So, you’ll need to leave the property for any food you don’t bring yourself.
There was ZERO chance of daytime relaxing-either inside the unit or poolside during our stay. Lots of complaining heard by other guests we came in contact with in the common areas as well.
Also, if you visit the beach, when you return to this unit, there is really no place to put wet items (beach chairs, towels, water shoes, etc) because of the closed balcony.
It is a great unit and the location/view are awesome. Just DON’T go until ALL construction is complete!!
